Presents Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements supporting the management of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) based broadband networks. Specifically, this document uses the framework models defined in Bellcore's TA-TSV-001294 and CCITT M.3010 to define ATM management functions at both the network management and element management levels.
